Southwestern Montana Financial Center, Inc. began as a small establishment over 30 years ago, and since, we have grown our organization to include groups large and small, non-profit organizations, and certainly individuals with various needs. We offer licensed professionals to assist with all aspects of your benefit needs. We are focused on customer service and help our clients with claim issues, new hires and yearly open enrollment meetings on-site. This year, we are proud to announce a satellite office opening in Helena!
As an agent in Montana for the past 35 years, I have learned to appreciate the diverse needs of businesses and families throughout Montana. My staff and I strive to find the best solutions for any particular need. I have worked for Southwestern Montana Financial Center, Inc. since 2007. During this time, I have held many different positions in the Agency, to include Customer Services, Individual Department Lead, Group Renewal Manager and now the Operations Manager. I believe that my years of experience and knowledge that I have in the Insurance Industry, brings a great advantage to our clients, whether I am helping out with claim issues, writing a new group, completing an open enrollment or researching the current laws and how they pertain to the ACA. I help the Agency run smoothly, and if an issue arises, I am happy to jump in and support the staff and our clients. I truly enjoy my job, getting out in the field meeting new people, and educating our clients.
As the Sales Manager, my team and I work hard in the implementation process to set a scope of what to expect moving forward. Great things are never done by just one person, it takes a team to accomplish success! I am proud of all the teams in this office and how we are able to work together to get the job done.
As Renewal Manager, my team and I strive to make your renewal process as seamless as possible! A few months before your scheduled renewal, we will review your current policy and provide any new options that may be available to you. We will work closely with your Account Manager to schedule open enrollment and help directly assist your employees with any questions and/or changes that they may have. I enjoy the variety of schools and employers I work with and look forward to working with you!
As Customer Service Manager, I would like to build a relationship of trust by acting as a liaison between the insurance carrier and your members. With many years of experience, I am able to assist your members by providing accurate, valid and complete information in a timely manner. I will offer assistance with claim issues, eligibility questions, and all other day to day inquiries. I truly enjoy my job and I look forward to working with your members.
